Dear Spin-Planners,

Attached is the phenix section of the spin plan. I have made
many minor/major corrections over the weekend and this morning, but
this is still developing. There might be typos etc. that still need
to be fixed, and since a few figures are cut out, I am not
100% sure all references to them are gone. This is a working document.

The aim of this distribution is to give you all, and in particular
Steve V., a feeling for what we are thinking in terms of the
the section's lenght and breadth. At some point I guesss we
will have to reduce all "false asymmetries". Gerry has suggested
some ways to do that in his previuos email to this group this morning.
