All,

I have just spoken with Gulshan Rai.  He agrees with the proposal we 
made on Tuesday to Brad Tippens (Brad agreed) that we delay the 
submission of the RHIC Spin Plan by a couple of weeks.  The agreement is 
that we get the final Plan to DOE before our Budget Briefing on Feb. 15. 
 Therefore, we should plan to submit the final document to DOE by close 
of business on Friday, February 11.  In order to make this possible, I 
would like to have a final draft on Wednesday, Feb. 9.
