Here is the status as I know it.  Many parts are coming
in as I write.  I think we will only be able to go over
the general approach and what contributions are there
or not, and introduce any new figures that we haven't
discussed before.  People won't be able to read and
digest all the text until the weekend.

Many parts have been in place for awhile, and been
discussed.  These include the executive summary
(without figures so far), the science introduction,
the accelerator section, and the spinplan schedule
section.  These also have some minor things that need 
to be changed that may get in by our meeting.

The question is how to get feedback from the experiments
in a useful time frame.  I have proposed to Tim that we
distribute to the experiments the parts that we agree
are done this weekend so that they see the review,
charge, schedule and summary at the least.  Monday
evening we should be able to release the physics part.
We can ask for feedback asap, but before Thursday.
(They can be told the location of the complete draft if
they want to see it.)

I propose that we send the draft as is (all sections)
to BNL management this weekend so that they can
consider any changes in style or whatever now.

If there are any parts that you are concerned with,
as always you need to just say so, preferably coming
with suggested changes.
