1. Any general discussion on the approach.
2. Discussion of list of issues to resolve.
3. Outline of plan document and responsibilities for sections.
4. Schedule for completing document.
5. Schedule for meetings.

I would appreciate an email with whether you will be able
to participate in this telephone discussion.

I have proposed to announce the telephone meeting so that
anyone in the RHIC spin collaboration can participate.
