Hello Spinners--In preparing for the telephone meeting
tonight, I realized that we never sent out the names
of the Rhic spin plan group:

Phenix--Matthias Grosse Perdekamp, Naohito Saito, Yuji Goto
Theory--Werner Vogelsang
Rhic--Mei Bai, Wolfram Fischer
Chair--Gerry Bunce

In previous emails, I have indicated the role that I see
for the group--responsibility for creating the document,
with volunteers also.  The responsibility to develop the plan
is with the RHIC spin collaboration.  This will also be
discussed tonight and at the Dec. 6 collaboration meeting.
