Hello all--With 0 minutes to go...  Tom Kirk has talked with
Dennis Kovar and sent a message to DOE that we expect to be
1-2 weeks late with our report.  Also, I understand from a
Phenix discussion last night that there is a DOE retreat
planned for early March where they prepare their plans for
2007...  Probably the request to have this by the end of
January is to provide information for this.  So, we should do
what we can, but definitely only send in something when we
are satisfied with it.

We have decided to prepare the 1st draft as separate sections
(the 6 sections in the outline), rather than putting them all
together.  It would be a great help to have at least a
detailed outline and figures for tomorrow.  There will be no
editing at this point--only collecting.

As for the 5 pm (here) deadline, in reality, Werner expects
items overnight from Marco, and will be putting section 2
together tomorrow morning.

We would like to propose that we do another round of draft
and discussion for Tuesday, Jan. 18.  Please get back to me
by tomorrow on whether you can participate in a telephone
meeting Tuesday evening and when.
