RIKEN-BNL-Columbia QCD Project is prepared to start lattice numerical calculations relevant for proton spin, using - its TFLOPS QCDSP parallel super computer, - and 5D Domain Wall Fermions. Roughly speaking the former will bring us closer to the continuum, to somewhere between 2- and 4-GeV lattice cutoff, and the latter enable us to study with the right number of quark flavors with proper chiral symmetry. Yet the resource is still limited in the sense that we will not be able to calculate all of the proton structure functions. Instead we will have to concentrate on a few most important and/or interesting ones. The likely candidates are DIS F's, g's and h's with known factorization. We hope to extend our study to those more directly related to RHIC Spin experiments, but that would require further clarification of factorization and gauge invariance issues.
